To ensure the fastest possible service, Please be certain to include your order number on your package. Your will be issued an order number on the invoice screen as well as emailed to you upon completion of your secure payment process. Our lab requests that you do not send us bulky cases as they may be disposed of. The cases do not fit snug on the repair trays. A small flat case is considered to be, but we prefer you to use bubble wrap or something simular.
