I do not know what has occurred in the past for people to write such malicious words, however from my own perspective, the entire consumer experience has been positive. There were some issue with the supply of the exact frames I requested, but I believe that this was caused by the manufacturer of the sunglasses (I actually received similar information from another dealer). The bottom line is that I would recommend : They honoured their word, their communication was excellent and up to date and the product arrived as specified in Perth Western Australia with tracking possible through the USPS.
