  • Complete the form below and we'll email you a FREE prepaid shipping label in a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't get it. You can also ship with your own shipping service if you wish.

Send in your Repair

  • Pack and send us your eyewear using our FREE prepaid shipping label or your own. We can also arrange for the USPS to come pick it up from your location when you are available.

To ensure the fastest possible service, Please be certain to include your order number on your package. Your will be issued an order number on the invoice screen as well as emailed to you upon completion of your secure payment process. Our lab requests that you do not send us bulky cases as they may be disposed of. The cases do not fit snug on the repair trays. A small flat case is considered to be, but we prefer you to use bubble wrap or something simular.
